Why learn HTML
If you think HTML is hard, you are in for a pleasant surprise. HTML uses simple instructions in (mostly) plain English combined with tags. It is very easy to create a small web page having only a basic knowledge of HTML. In fact, we will be creating a web page in the very first lesson (a very small one).
These tutorials began back in the days when there were few ready made programmes available. Guides were few and far between and often hard to follow. These days, even with so many web creation programmes available, many people are still interested in learning the "nuts and bolts" of HTML. Price, of course, is always a factor, as the better programmes are quite expensive, and the cheaper or even free ones leave something to be desired. With HTML you can create entire websites for no outlay except your own sweat and blood.
